One of the main traits that a great Scrum Master needs to master is a high emotional IQ, meaning they can read the subtle nuances of body language, tone of voice, and adjust accordingly. Here is a great test that you can take in about 10 minutes to learn more about how well you can read others feelings – which is a key strength for everyone in a team, especially the leaders.
